Our February 2012-born heifer Williams Treacle’s Dippet secured the reserve female championship at this month’s Multi Breed Event at Newark Livestock market before selling for 1600gns. By Darhsam Playboy, she is out of the Innerwick Norseman daughter Key Treacle and was bought by P Jolliffe, Stoke-on-Trent.
The best price for us on the day was for the dam of Dippet, Key Treacle who is out of the Twyford Washington daughter Key Joan. She sold with her freshly calved Heathrbrow Tristar calf at foot for 1950gns to Messrs P K farms, Lincolnshire. Then trading at 1600gns again was Williams Lorette’s Cosmic, a June 2011-born Heathbrow Admiral daughter out of the Starline Klassic daughter Starline Lorette 24th. She was purchased by Malcolm Workman, Co Monaghan. The same buyer also bought Williams Animagus’ Dot, a February 2012-born Hockenhull Kramer daughter out of the Heathbrow Tristar daughter Williams Animagus.
