Our latest show this month saw us take a trip south to Ardingly in Sussex for the South of England Show where we were delighted to win the interbreed group of three competition with three with progeny of our senior herd sire and multi interbreed championship winning Heathbrow Tristar. The group consisted of Williams Caradoc, Williams Regal Lady 4th and Williams Simone’s Crystal.
In the breed classes judged by Roger Birch of the Pasturefields herd, we also won the breed group of three competition, as well as second in the two year old heifer class with Williams Vesta’s Belby, a fourth and fifth in the yearling heifer class with Williams Verona’s Cherry and Williams Simone’s Crystal, respectively, while in the two year old heifer class Williams Regal Lady 4th stood second and Williams Vesta’s Belby stood third. Then in the yearling bull classes we took a third and a fourth in the January-born bull class with Williams Caradoc and Williams Cormac, while Williams Chairwizzard stood third in the April-born bull class.
