Having taken a trip to Carlisle for the Beili and Millside production sale of Blue Texels in Carlisle we’re pleased to announce the arrival of three new females in to the flock.
At 1100gns we purchased a ewe lamb from David Alexander’s Millside flock, an ET-bred daughter by a Craigalbert tup out of the homebred ewe 22K which has bred consistently well in the flock for David. Next up at 900gns was the first in the ring of David’s older ewes, an April 2011-born female who is homebred on both sides and carries Jonsland and Craigalbert breeding in her back pedigree and goes back to an imported ewe on her dam side. Completing the purchases at 800gns was a shearing gimmer from the Millside flock again, by a Craigalbert tup.
